Lumora Detailing - Service Agreement
Booking Terms & Conditions
Clients must remove all personal belongings, valuables, and sensitive items from the vehicle before service. Lumora Detailing is not liable for any loss or damage to personal property, vehicle contents, or property at the service location.
Vehicles are serviced at the client’s risk and must be able to withstand standard professional detailing procedures.
A safe, legal, and accessible working location (driveway or similar) must be provided. Please communicate any concerns in advance.
Lumora Detailing reserves the right to reschedule or cancel services due to weather, staff availability, or equipment issues.
Additional hourly charges may apply for work exceeding the scope of your selected package ($50/hour).
A 25% surcharge may apply for hazardous contamination (urine, vomit, blood, feces, etc.).
Cancellations & Rescheduling
Please notify us of cancellations or changes at least 24 hours in advance.
Failure to provide the vehicle and keys at the scheduled time may result in a cancellation and future restrictions on booking.
Operating & Moving Your Vehicle
By booking with us, you authorize Lumora Detailing to move or operate your vehicle if necessary (to reposition, access all areas, etc.).
Service Quality & Results
We strive for excellence in every detail, but results depend on the vehicle’s condition. Some stains, odors, or damage may not be fully removable.
A final walk-through is encouraged after service. Any concerns must be communicated within 24 hours of job completion. We are not liable for claims made beyond this window or if no inspection is conducted.
Location Policy
If a clear, accessible, and lawful location is not available upon arrival, your appointment may be canceled and subject to standard cancellation terms.
Accidents, Damage & Liability
Lumora Detailing is not responsible for pre-existing damage, deterioration from age or neglect, or issues resulting from manufacturer defects.
While every precaution is taken, liability is limited to the cost of the service performed.
We are not liable for incidental, indirect, special, or consequential damages.
Fees & Payments
Pricing is based on vehicle size, condition, and scope of work. Final costs may vary from starting rates.
Payment is due immediately upon service completion unless otherwise agreed in writing.
Photos, Marketing & Feedback
We may photograph the vehicle before and after service for documentation and marketing purposes, without revealing personal or identifying information.
Feedback is always welcome. We use it to improve and grow.
Termination of Service
We reserve the right to refuse or terminate service at any time if we believe a client’s conduct, vehicle condition, or expectations are unreasonable or unsafe.
Policy Updates
These terms may be updated periodically. The most recent version will always apply to your booking.
